The reinforcing fiber is a kind of fiber that is refined through processes such as removing impurities and slag, and surface treatment. It is made by melting selected basalt, diabase, etc. as the main raw materials in a high-temperature furnace at 1400°C, and then centrifugally spinning to form fibrous shapes.
The reinforcing fiber CR-DBP-C is a dust-free, low-slag ball and easily dispersible mineral fiber independently developed by the company. It uses selected basalt, diabase, limestone, marble, and metallurgical coke as the main raw materials, and adds a certain proportion of composites. The main production process is to spin the materials in a high-temperature furnace at 1350°C and carry out surface treatment and other processes to make the fiber. Its fiber formula is designed according to the requirements for friction coefficient, wear rate, impact strength, and high-temperature resistance in the formula of friction and sealing materials. Its chemical composition is stable, and it has all the characteristics of a reinforcing fiber for friction materials. It is professionally suitable for the production of various brake pads.
