Naturally occurring, calcium metasilicate (CaSiO3), white, non-metallic mineral with an acicular particle shape.

Due to the mineral is acicular struture, products have improved physical properties and durability. 
It's high melting point gives execellent thermal stability in coatings, ceramics and other applications. 
The high pH and low solubility of wollastonite aid paint stability. 
Wollastonite is a non-hazardous mineral that has been seientifically shown to have low bio-persisitence. 
It mainly used to making CALCIUM SILICATE BOARD and BRAKE LINING etc.
